A Bible verse for when you feel angry.

My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.

James 1:19-20

This verse teaches me to manage my anger by being quick to listen and slow to speak. When I feel anger rising, I should pause and listen first, preventing my reactions from causing harm. By applying this, I can respond more thoughtfully and avoid the pitfalls of unchecked anger.
